The original art piece is the actualy painting, drawing, photograph, etc. produced by the artist. An art print is a high quality reproduction of the original, often done in a limited, numbered set. A poster is most likely a mass produced version of the piece done on poster paper or in a poster size. In terms of value, the original would be the most valuable, art prints would be of less value than the original, but they would be worth more than a poster of the same piece.

Original- is THE piece that the artist created.
Art Print- is an engraved plate, wood block, lithographic stone, or other medium.
A Poster- is an image of a piece of art meant to be reproduced at an affordable price.
