What is the difference between the original art piece, art print and the poster?
Best answer:
Answer by Russell M
The original art piece is the actualy painting, drawing, photograph, etc. produced by the artist. An art print is a high quality reproduction of the original, often done in a limited, numbered set. A poster is most likely a mass produced version of the piece done on poster paper or in a poster size. In terms of value, the original would be the most valuable, art prints would be of less value than the original, but they would be worth more than a poster of the same piece.
