Rare Autographed Dale Earnhardt “Crash Car” Art Print
NASCAR collector Charles Ross has decided to part with his incredible collection of racing memorabilia, and in this video he talks about one of the items being sold. The story of Earnhardt’s 1997 Daytona “Crash Car” is one that truly personifies who Earnhardt was as a person and a racer: tough and determined. He never gave up – no matter how much the deck was stacked against him. The artwork for this print was done by renowned artist TJ Bishop, and highlights one of the most famous moments in Earnhardt’s career. Only 600 of these prints were produced worldwide, but of that run, a mere 100 were PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED by the artist as well as Dale Earnhardt himself. Tom Bishop is a friend of mine. He grew up with my dad, and they are still best friends to this day, some 67 years later. My dad has this print along with all the others Tom has done, some are first prints and others are master copies. Glad I could find one of his paintings on youtube.
