Is there a store (like Staples) that can make fine art prints from digital photos of art work?

Try www.modernpostcard.com they are very good at promotional cards and such. I think they print artist quality off-set lithographs. I have used them for many printing projects. If they don't there is always a printer near-by with the facilities that you need. Cheapest isn't always the way to go. Good Luck!
