How do I glue a fine art print (paper) to a framed glass ?

Not a good idea. You will ruin the print and the results will not look good. You should have it matted and framed under glass. You can do it your self if the print is a standard size.
If you want it stuck to glass, it would be better to sandwich it between two pieces of glass but never put glue on a print.

Bad idea. If you insist, then use a drop of rubber cement in each corner.
