@onyxone144 I have heard that idea about the other stones….but so far i have not really seen the idea in the text.
I think its just a guess to make it seem like david could not miss….but the truth of that is unknown…
Just another point spoken about the other stones that David picked up. At a meeting, it was told that the other stones that were picked up weren’t incase he missed, it was for Goliath’s other brothers. David was going in to do major damage to anyone that stood up against Jeahovah!!! Hmmm

@waksibra And who is your God? Goliath went out to taunt Jehovahs people and that is why he stepped forward as he did. The challenge was because of his enormous size and might. The phillistines knew that there were none like him and so they issued the challenge for Mono E Mono. This was all done to have Jehovahs name declared as the One and only True Living God. The victory showed that the Gods that Goliath worshipped couldn’t even save him from a mere boy.

Sadly, he didn’t allow for God’s need for blood. David went on to kill tens of thousands? of people.He even murdered a messenger for bringing bad news. And he was an adulterer.

This is a great rendition of probably one of the best displays of faith in the Bible.I don’t care for Hollywood’s various interpretations,they seem to leave out David’s character & courage.He was more than well-prepared to face this giant,he did kill a bear and a lion previously;can you just imagine going up against such large vicious beasts with only a club & sling?!Much less fight a man 9 feet tall?!!Excuse this analogy,but King David had some “steel ones!”

You have obviously spent much time, thought and effort to put these videos together, and you have done a very good job. But, with all that time and effort spent do you not think that it would be appropriate to use Jehovah God’s name. After all do we not pray for the SANCTIFICATION of Jehovah’s name DAILY? Otherwise, nicely done
What does it have him say that he used a club to kill the bear and lion, the Bible doesn’t say that?
